April Bencomo Volleyball Bio
My name is Coach April. I've played volleyball since I was very young. I played club from 12's-18's under some amazing and talented coaches and I played in school from 7th grade through to my senior year in high school. I was team captain for many of those playing seasons and my coaches often told me I was like a coach on the court for them. Out of high school I got married and started my family but volleyball was always on my mind so, in 2008, I began coaching for Club Arrowhead. I'm so excited to continue my coaching career and teach the players more that just the technic it takes to play the game but the mental technics they can use on and off the court.
