Club Arrowhead 2008 Holiday Invitational

Thanks to all of the clubs that participated in our first annual Holiday Tournament, our tournament was a huge success. The Barney Center is a beautiful place to play and is a great facility for sports in general for youth or adults.

Monday was pool play with three pools starting at 11 a.m. and finishing at 6 p.m. Monday pools were won by

Pool White Club Arrowhead 14-1 MCD X-plosion
Pool Red Club Red 16-1
Pool Black AVA 18-1

Tuesday the teams were put into bracket play with a winners bracket and a consolation bracket. Division I was won by AVA 18-1 who went undeafeated in the tournament with ( 6 matches won.) Club Red 16-1 played against AVA for the first place title.

Division II was won by Club Arrowhead 14-1 MCD X-plosion they also went undefeated in the tournament with 7 wins and no losses. They beat AZVC 16- Ray for the first place title.

The two second place teams were awarded a holiday t-shirt for taking second and the two first place teams were awarded a trophy and long sleeve tye dye Holiday tournament shirts.
Again, Club Arrowhead would like to thank all clubs that played in our tournament over their holiday vacation. We hope you had as much fun as we did. Good luck to all of you in Region play and Happy New Year to All.........
