- Team Rosters – The team rosters have been created and a DRAFT copy sent to each coach. If you cannot get a copy from your coach, email me at lnlucero@q.com and I will send you a copy. Please make sure your request includes the coach and team, i.e. Charlotte Pottle – 11 local.

- Arizona Region Tournament Days:
- Playing times and locations are generally posted to the Arizona region web site on Monday or Tuesday prior to the tournament (Saturday). The region generally has a link with driving directions to the playing site location on their web site. This information needs to be shared with your parents and players.
- Parent Behavior at Arizona Region Tournaments – Click here for expected parent behavior from the Arizona Region web site.
- Food/Drinks at Tournaments – Players are not allowed to leave the tournament site until all matches and referee assignments have been completed. The team mom/dad needs to coordinate food and drink for the players during the tournament. It is generally helpful to have a portable table to put your food on and a sign to identify your table. Make sure you take a garbage bag for trash and clean up your area when leaving the tournament site.
- Travel Packets – It is generally helpful for your parents and players to have a travel packet for multiple-day, out-of-city tournaments. The following is a list of information you may want to include in your travel packet:
- Agenda – Parents generally want to know what will be going on during the multiple day tournaments especially if they are not able to attend. Click here for a sample agenda.
- General information about the tournament. This information is usually printed from the tournament web site. It has dates and times of the tournament, where the tournament is being held, brackets, etc.
- Information regarding the hotel including the name and address.
- Driving directions TO and FROM the hotel, all known tournament site locations, and places of interest you will be going, i.e. Costco, Grocery Stores, Walmart, etc.
- Packing list for both backpacks (bag to carry on the plane) and suitcases (bag to check) – click here for backpack sample - click here for suitcase sample
- If available from the hotel web site, information regarding restaurants and shopping in the area.
- Club Arrowhead TV Raffle – This is the only mandatory fund raiser for Club Arrowhead. Each player is required to purchase 5 tickets ($25) which was included in the fee paid at the parent meeting (the amount is included on the uniform order form). Players have the option of keeping or selling the raffle tickets. Players can also sell more ticket if they choose. The money from this fund raiser is used by the club to pay for gym fees (both for tryouts and practice), equipment costs (broken tiles and lights at practice facilities, etc.), and various other costs incurred by the club.

- Restaurant Nights – Club Arrowhead currently has no restaurant nights scheduled. Information will be emailed to all team moms if the club decides to participate in a restaurant night.
- Fundraisers – Club Arrowhead has various fundraisers throughout the season to help parents/players offset their costs. Below is a tentative list of the fundraisers for this year:
- Fry’s Gift Cards – Year round fundraiser
- See’s Candy Bars – Year round or until supply depleted
- November – Butter Braids
- December – Sonic Cards, Magazine Sales
- January – Joe Corbis
- February – Blush Candle

- Team Mom Meetings – Team mom/dad meetings have been scheduled for November, 2009 through April, 2010. The meetings coincide with fundraising order and delivery dates as much as possible. Attempts were also made to schedule the meetings during weeks that teams are not traveling to out-of-state tournaments.
